Maria is a BSc graduate with honours in Biology at Al Farabi State University of Kazakhstan.
Maria had relocated to Cyprus in 1998 and joined an International Firm consisting of multiskilled professionals including Accountants,
Lawyers, Mariners, Engineers and Loss Adjusters where she rapidly advanced to General Management.
In the meantime, following successful completion of all ACCA papers, Maria was nominated top affiliate in Greece and Cyprus in December 2013 and became a member of the Association of Certified & Chartered Accountants in April 2015.
As a member of a highly specialized group of professionals, Maria had an opportunity to deal with major projects around the world.
Through her long work experience she has gained extensive experience in Financial Controlling, Performance Management, Internal Financial & Operational Audit, which she continues to exercise to date.
She has been lecturing for ACCA papers P3 (Business Analysis) since 2014, F5 (Performance Management) since 2016, and then co-lecturing SBL
(Strategic Business Leader) since its introduction to ACCA examination scheme. Her students have consistently won awards in Cyprus specifically, three times for the P3 paper.
