Aim
To provide the necessary insight at the analysis and interpretation of financial statements of various companies and in various industries. To practically enhance participant’s knowledge on performing a financial statement analysis and assessment, identifying the key risky areas, and red through the financial, calculating and interpreting basic ratios and communicating their significance to colleagues and clients.
Objective
The seminar aims at providing the participants with the knowledge and practicable skills necessary in order to analyse and interpret financial statements. This will allow the participants to make informed and effective business and management decisions.
The relationships between financial and other non-financial information will be addressed. Techniques used such as ratio analysis will be explained. It will concentrate on the conclusions reached in respect to the performance and the
financial stability of the organisation. The seminar intends to point out the differences of analysing information of various industries and will offer the opportunity of reviewing financial statements of different industry backgrounds.

Certification
All participants will be awarded a certificate. Each hour of attendance will account for one unit of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as required for members of most professional bodies.
