Aim
The seminar will cover the tax treatment of intellectual property companies in Cyprus under the Intellectual Property (IP) Regime as well as the basic principles and practical application of the Notional Interest Deduction (NID)
Objective
By the end of the seminar, participants will be able to understand and apply the IP Regime and NID rules in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Income Tax Law
Certification
All participants will be awarded a certificate. Each hour of attendance will account for one unit of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as required for members of most professional bodies.
